quick selection기능 안됨

quick selection기능이란 LOV에서 일일히 입력하는것이 어려워 일부메뉴 클릭시 자동으로 LOV에 입력되는 기능을 의미한다.

위기능이 정상동작하지 않을때는 아래 방법으로 처리하도록하자.
