APPL_TOP Directory #13

주요 technology file과 Product file등을 포함한다.

Application environment file과 통합된 environment file을 포함한다.

License등록에 관계없이 모든 제품이 설치된다.

각각의 product은 APPL_TOP 아래에 제품명의 약어로 된 각각의 subdirectory를 갖는다.

예를 들어, Oracle General Ledger는 gl 이라는 sub directory를 갖는다.

<PROD>_TOP Directory

<APPL_TOP>/<prod>/<version>를 product top directory라고 하며 <PROD>_TOP 환경변수로 저장된다.

각각의 <PROD_TOP> directory는 product file을 위한 sub directory를 포함한다.

Product file들은 forms, reports, database upgrade를 위한 file등을 포함한다.

§Language Files

American English 이외의 다른 언어를 Oracle Application에 설치하면 각각의 product는 NLS language code에 관한 디렉토리를 포함한다.

이 디렉토리는 각 언어로 번역된 data 와 forms, message file을 포함한다.

예를 들어, 한국어를 설치하면 KO라는 디렉토리가 생성되며, 사용자가 선택한 언어에 따라 디렉토리 내에 있는 파일이 실행된다.
